These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your stay, bookings, and use of the Hotel Divine Hills website and services. By accessing our website, making a reservation, or checking into our property, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Booking & Payment Policies

All room reservations (Deluxe, Super Deluxe, Family Suite) are subject to availability. To confirm a booking, guests must provide valid personal details and a valid credit/debit card or other accepted payment method.

• Advance Payment: A minimum of 30% advance payment or one night's tariff is required at the time of booking (for peak seasons up to 50%).
• Balance Payment: Remaining balance must be settled at check-in unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payment Methods: Cash, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards (Visa/Mastercard), Bank Transfers, and major digital wallets accepted.
• Taxes: All room rates are subject to applicable GST and local taxes as per government regulations.

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy varies by season, but our standard policy applies as follows:

• Standard period (non-peak): Free cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations between 2-6 days before arrival incur 50% of total stay amount. Less than 48 hours notice or no-show: 100% of total booking value.
• Peak season (20 Dec – 10 Jan, long weekends, festivals): Non-refundable deposit applies. Cancellations made 15 days prior are refunded 50% of advance; less than 15 days or no-show: no refund.
• Early check-out is considered a cancellation for unused nights and charges the full original booking amount.
• In case of a "no-show," the hotel reserves the right to release the room after 6:00 AM the following day.

3. Check-in / Check-out Timing

Standard check-in time is 1:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges (up to 50% of daily rate). Guaranteed early check-in requires prior night booking. For any special requests please contact our front desk.

4. Guest Responsibilities & Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, other guests, and property. The following are strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate eviction without refund: smoking inside non-smoking rooms, illegal activities, causing disturbance after 10:00 PM, bringing outside food into restaurant areas without permission, and damaging hotel property. Any damage to room furniture, linens, electronics, or fixtures will be charged at actual replacement cost plus applicable taxes.

• Visitors allowed only with prior permission; overnight visitors not registered are not permitted.
• Pets are not allowed inside the hotel premises (service animals with valid documentation may be considered with prior notice).
• Hotel Divine Hills is not responsible for lost valuables; safety lockers available at reception.

5. Child Policy & Extra Beds

Children under 6 years stay complimentary without extra bed (sharing with parents). Children aged 6-12 years are charged an additional ₹1000 per night (includes breakfast). Extra mattress for Family Suite is available at ₹1500 per night + taxes. For Deluxe & Super Deluxe rooms, maximum occupancy is 2 adults + 1 child (under 12).

6. Amenities & Services

Hotel Divine Hills offers complimentary WiFi (speed may vary depending on Manali region connectivity), 24/7 front desk, housekeeping, free parking (one vehicle per room), and in-room heating. Breakfast is included in selected packages. Use of banquet hall, bar area, and restaurant is subject to timings and availability. The management reserves the right to modify or temporarily suspend certain amenities due to maintenance or force majeure.

7. Liability & Limitation

Hotel Divine Hills shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, injury, or damage arising from accidents, weather conditions, roadblocks, third-party services (transport, tour operators), theft, or natural calamities during your stay or travel to/from the hotel. Guests are advised to purchase personal travel insurance. Our liability is limited to the total booking amount paid.

8. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, landslides, political unrest, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, or extreme weather conditions that prevent the hotel from providing accommodation, we will either provide a full refund or alternative dates (subject to availability). No additional compensation will be provided for travel disruption or alternative arrangements.

9. Privacy Policy & Data Use

We collect personal data (name, contact, payment information) solely for reservation and service delivery. Your information is never sold to third parties. We may use it for internal marketing and stay improvement. By using our website, you consent to our privacy practices. For data deletion requests, contact privacy@hoteldivinehills.com. Cookies enhance your browsing experience on our site.

10. Website Usage & Intellectual Property

All content on this website – images, text, logos, graphics – is owned by Hotel Divine Hills. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited. You may not use any automated system to extract content. We aim to provide accurate information but disclaim any liability for errors or omissions in photography or pricing.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of your stay, booking, or use of website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kullu District, Himachal Pradesh.

12. Modifications to Terms

Hotel Divine Hills reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised version will be posted on this page with the updated date. We encourage guests to review T&C periodically.
